Even after 66Yrs of Independence, we never felt the necessity of  imposing concept of “Minister-On Probation”, QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT (QPA) on Highest Chairs of India, CANNING in Singapore style for Acid attack-Rape-Communal/bomb blast killings, IGNORING the DEGREE of torture on RAPE victims, IGNORING irresponsible silly remarks of political Netas like “NAGIN DANCE WATCHING DUO BAAP-BETA”!!!

No, our Govt is too pre-occupied with 5-Year budget presentation to Kashmir Problem to preparing Report card to be published  after 5 Yrs and we AAM AADMI have made them sit on our head without QPA, CANNING, Minister-On Probation concept, hence the NETAs are too busy to pass such law that can act as deterrent to such INHUMAN TORTURE on Female Genitals and we the SPINELESS AAM AADMI remain quiet after reading the news every morning!!!

If these criminals can parade a RAPE VICTIM NAKED and treat Female Genitals for torture, why cannt we have a law to expose these brave MALE GENITALS in public parade, if not CASTRATE or CANE the criminals in Singapore style, IS IT TOO MUCH WE ARE ASKING FOR??
